There will be 2 vendor areas. A large outdoor section and a more limited indoor section.

All Booth Spaces include:

2 Vendor Weekend Passes

The outside area will have proper lighting and vendors are required to bring their own pop-up tents, tables and chairs.

Inside vendors are required to bring a 6 foot table and chairs.

Who are we looking for?

Unleash the unconventional at Capulet Fest 2024! Our festival beckons vendors with a penchant for the extraordinary. Sell your product to an audience that loves all things strange, fun and really, really cool.

Specialty food such as jerky, cupcakes, doughnuts, fried Oreos, cotton candy, ultimate fair treats, etc.

What are the days and hours of the festival?

Tentative schedule: Friday June 28 4pm to 11pm, Sat June 29 and Sunday June 30 10am-11pm (early entry for VIP quests will be an hour early). Times subject to change.

What are the vendor hours?

Vendor Hours Fri 3:30pm to 10pm on Sat and Sun are 10am to 10pm. We expect vendors to have someone operating their booth at all times during these hours

What is included in the vendor package?

All Booth Spaces include: Electricity, 2 Vendor Weekend Passes, and 1 Vendor Parking Pass

Is electricity provided?

Yes

What are setup and breakdown times for vendors?

You will be provided your setup time closer to the date of the festival. Breakdown can begin at 11pm on Sunday. Vehicles cannot enter festival for breakdown until crowds have cleared.

Is a sales and use tax ID/Permit required for vendors?

Yes, Connecticut requires a sales and use tax ID or Permit. Go to ct.gov for more info.

What happens in case of inclement weather?

Capulet Fest is a rain or shine event
